The Stink At California’s Board of Equalization

Is there something rotten in the California Board of Equalization? Jerry Brown and Xavier Becerra seem to think so. Becerra, California’s Attorney General, is investigating certain members of the Board of Equalization. In March of this year the California Department of Finance released an audit of the Board of Equalization. That audit was highly critical of the board, and, in particular, of Jerome Horton.
